Right Move Real Estate is a full-service residential sales and property management brokerage that provides the following services: Traditional Seller services; Traditional Buyer services to first-time, move-up/down, and investor buyers; REO sales services to banks, asset management companies and corporations; Short-Sale services to struggling homeowners, both owner-occupants and investors; and Property Management services for the single family rental owner to the multi-unit apartment building owner and everything in between.
OUR TEAM
Right Move Real Estate brokerage is located in Long Beach, California. Our main office is in Los Angeles County but we are only a few miles away from Orange County and we serve clients in both areas. About half of our agents live and work in Los Angeles County while the other half live and work in Orange County.

James Stinnett
James graduated from UC Irvine and then obtained his real estate salesperson’s license and worked for RE/MAX and Coldwell Banker. James also worked as a loan officer and mortgage broker. In 2008, James changed his focus and worked exclusively on residential banked-owned property sales for a large and successful asset management company in Orange County. He built a team of 11 that became the top REO Sales team in the county. They represented both commercial banks and the State of California in the sale of their REO/Foreclosed properties. The team successfully managed and sold close to 500 properties, regularly handling property inspections, maintenance/repairs/improvements, tenant issues, evictions, and sales. As the real estate market recovered, James started his own successful independent real estate brokerage.
